Rayne initially launched her beauty business by working on makeup application for creative and editorial photo shoots. She expanded into makeup for weddings and events, and later into theatre, film and special effects. While establishing her business, Rayne obtained degrees from Carleton University and Complexions School of Makeup Art and Design. She also completed her eyelash extension certification in Toronto to offer a wider range of services.
